President and CEO
Kevin has served The Highlands of Wyomissing since 2000, progressing from CFO to President and CEO in 2013. With a background in accounting, he oversees all operations and collaborates with the board to shape the organization's vision.
Vice President of Human Capital and Fiscal Affairs
Lorena Lazarchick, VP of Customer Experience since 1987, manages key resident services (programming, security, fitness, pastoral care, social services) and acts as a liaison between the Board and Administration.
Vice President of Operations and Health Services
Kristen Santangelo, oversees all health services at The Highlands, including skilled nursing, therapy, personal care, and home care. She is also the facility's Compliance Officer, bringing extensive experience from her background.
Vice President of Development and Marketing
Cameron Martin, as VP of Development and Marketing, leads The Highlands' Marketing team and oversees all marketing efforts and fundraising programs, including planned giving and donor events. With over 15 years of experience in fundraising, he focuses on engaging donors to support community-impact projects and fosters a legacy of philanthropy.
Director of Community Life and Engagement
Jared Martz, Director of Community Life and Engagement, joined The Highlands at Wyomissing® in September 2016. He oversees Residential Living's daily operations and Social Services. Holding an MBA from Alvernia University, Jared actively serves the local community and enjoys adventures with his wife and daughter.
Personal Care Administrator
Anita Martin brings over 40 years of senior living experience to The Highlands at Wyomissing®. She has held leadership roles in personal and residential care, most recently as an Executive Director. Since 1998, Anita has been a Personal Care Home Administrator and became a Certified Aging Service Professional in 2015. Actively involved in her community, she serves with local Rotary and Chamber of Commerce groups. Living in Mt. Joy, Lancaster County, Anita enjoys spending time with her family, especially her five grandchildren.
Nursing Care Administrator
Ashley (Mest) Kirkpatrick, Administrator of Aspire Nursing Care, started at The Highlands at Wyomissing® in 2018. She oversees Nursing Care and Post-Acute operations, ensuring compliance with state regulations and maintaining resident satisfaction and care quality. In her free time, Ashley enjoys time with her husband Josh and their two sons.
